1. Fill out a Skate-it-Forward form either online or at one of our host sites. You can also pick up a form at any Venues Parks & Arts center or the Howard Park front desk.
2. You must include proof of being a part of the following programs to qualify for Skate-it-Forward: Hoosier Healthwise, Hoosier Works, Medicare, or WIC. Paper form applications can simply make a photo copy of their qualifications. Forms can either be given to hosts or brought to any VPA office.
3. Once your form is submitted electronically or in person, a member of the VPA staff will contact you to let you know whether or not your application has been approved. This can take up to 2 business days. Your access card will last for 3 years before needing to be renewed.
4. Once you receive an approval letter, you can pick up your pass at the Howard Park front desk and every person included on your form will be able to skate for $4 per person.
5. Skate-it-Forward is only available to Indiana residents.
