Spreading Joy With Carlitos! is high-energy, upbeat, a great way to burn calories, improve cardiovascular health, and have a great time that will leave you feeling energized. Make sure to bring a towel and a full water bottle.

You’ll sweat a lot, so rehydrating throughout the class is very important. Wear something breathable and moveable. Classes are outdoors!
