During this stage of Motherhood, it is important to keep your little one mobile and active, incorporating movement for newborns and toddlers alike! In this 30-minute fitness and movement class, you will experience a strengthening bond through shared activities with your little one, while making meaningful connections in your community.
Raising little ones takes a village, help your little one learn new skills while maintaining overall physical wellness for Mommy and Little Ones. Together we can find joy in movement, in a fun-loving and nurturing environment.
