Here's what we're doing. Here's what we expect you to do.

The health and well-being of our visitors is our top priority. We’re committed to our community by taking a number of steps in support of our team and guests, with increased safety measures and operational changes. While we continue to do all that we can, we ask that you do your part, too.

Here's what we're doing.

Expect the following:

  • Cashless system (online) to limit the number of direct contact transactions.
  • Online time block reservations to limit capacity and line formation.
  • Extended hours to provide more opportunities to visit ice trail outside of peak times.
  • Smoother, more efficient check in/skate rental process to eliminate having crowded, long lines.
  • Expanded skate-safe space outdoors to allow more space for visitors to spread out and enjoy themselves.
  • Staff temperature checks before entering the building.
  • Visual markers to remind of distancing standards.
  • Extra outdoor seating and heaters.
  • Hand sanitizer throughout the park.
  • Enhanced cleaning processes.
  • Installed shields for added layer of protection.
  • All staff are required to wear masks.

Here's what we expect you to do.

Requirements of visitors:

  • If you’re feeling ill, please stay home.
  • Prepay for your ice skates/season pass and reserve a time slot prior to your visit.
  • Wear a mask both indoors and outdoors.
  • Remain distant from others in line and throughout the park.
  • Be prepared to be outside as our event center is closed for skating patrons.
  • Consider visiting during non-peak hours.
  • Practice safe hygiene standards and wash hands.
  • Give one another patience and grace.
  • Visitors must be seated when consuming food and beverages.
