Balanced Body Trained Pilates Instructor and Wellness Coach Bridget Hardy will bring 40 minutes of lunchtime mat Pilates play. Core work, toning, balance, flexibility, and general light-heartedness come together to provide a well-rounded workout that improves joint stability, back and abdominal strength and more.
Great complimentary muscular work for runners, or regular folks who want simply want a workout that helps them stay strong for daily life. Bring your own mat. $5 recommended contribution.
