Tai Chi is a gentle movement that promotes calm mental focus and alignment while building leg strength, endurance, stability, and balance. Tai Chi Fundamentals is taught in a simple to complex progression and can be modified to be accessible for all. Chairs can be used for sitting and support to accommodate different situations or physical limitations. Learning the essential components of Tai Chi is a gateway to traditional forms and can be a health-giving, lifelong practice. See for more information. This class meets 9 times as instructor will be traveling one of the weeks.
