Chair yoga is practiced while sitting on a chair or using one for support and is designed specifically for those with physical disabilities or those who find a typical yoga session too challenging.\n\nChair Yoga is possible because of Howard Park’s partnership with The Salvation Army KROC Center and instructor Christina Riehm.
